Register reports get printed after the fact. Neo Office reads sales from Passport through the day, so Inside sales, Fuel and Total sales are current whether you are in the office or not.
Every price change means a trip to the register
Adding an item or changing a price at the Passport terminal ties up a lane and a person. Edit the price book once in Neo Office and send the batch to the POS instead.
No way to prove a change landed
A price typed at the register leaves no record. Here every batch carries a status, Queued then Applied, an attempt count, and a history you can open weeks later.
