Question 1

Is pricing per store or per company?

Accepted Answer

Per location, per month. Each store has its own register connection and its own numbers, and you see all of them from one account.

Question 2

Can I switch plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Move between Regular, Plus and Enterprise as your stores change, and support will put the right plan on each location.

Question 3

Are there contracts or cancellation fees?

Accepted Answer

No. Plans are month to month, with no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel anytime.

Question 4

Which payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Neo Office accepts card and ACH payments through Stripe.

Question 5

How does the money-back guarantee work?

Accepted Answer

Every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Neo Office isn't right for your store in the first 30 days, contact support for a refund.

Question 6

What counts as AI usage?

Accepted Answer

Anything you ask Neo AI to do, like putting a set of price changes together or running a workflow step. Plus includes a monthly allowance and Enterprise includes more.

Question 7

How much does gas station back office software cost per month?

Accepted Answer

Neo Office is $29.99 per location per month for Regular and $49.99 for Plus. Enterprise is quoted for your group of stores, and every plan is month to month with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Question 8

Is there back office software under $50 a month?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Both of Neo Office's published plans are under $50 per location each month, Regular at $29.99 and Plus at $49.99, and the mobile app is included in both.
