Regular is retyped from $3.499 to $3.539 cash, credit follows to $3.639, and Plus, Premium and Diesel move by the same four cents. Send to POS is pressed, every grade goes from Queued to Applied, and Pump 4 shows the new prices. Gilbarco Passport confirms the four changes were applied at 5:58 AM.

Chambers & Owen invoices arrive as EDI, match the delivery, and land in Finance. You never retype a line. The EDI Deliveries page at Easy Mart. A new invoice from Chambers & Owen, number 4471203 with 42 lines, arrives at 6:02 AM and walks the pipeline on its own: received, routed, translating, translated and delivered. Its lines fill themselves in, and it lands in Finance as an open vendor invoice for $3,862.40.

Wakes up before you do. Tells you only what’s off.

Every night after close, Pulse goes over drawers, voids and vendor invoices, so by morning you know what needs a look. A morning summary on the owner’s phone says three things need attention at Easy Mart. The Pulse page lists them: Till 2 closed short $12.40, a duplicate invoice from Chambers & Owen, and four price overrides on Register 1. The till is assigned to Sam K. and marked Being looked at.
