A SwiftSku alternative for operators who need EDI, lottery and till settlement
This is not a price comparison, and it would be dishonest to pretend otherwise: SwiftSku's entry price is lower than Neo Office's. It publishes Basic at $25 a month, or $20 a month billed annually, and Standard at $40, or $32 annually, against $29.99 for Neo Office Regular. What the published plans include is where the two part company. SwiftSku's Basic is Scan Data Reporting plus the back office app, and Standard adds Customer Loyalty. Neo Office is a deeper back office system for a Gilbarco Passport store: Send to POS with a status you can watch, EDI 810 invoices from Chambers & Owen, fuel pricing by grade, lottery books and till settlement.
On price, SwiftSku starts lower
SwiftSku publishes $25 a month, or $20 on annual billing, for Basic. Neo Office Regular is $29.99 per location per month and Plus is $49.99. If the cheapest monthly line item is the deciding factor, SwiftSku wins that line and this page will not argue with it. Compare what each plan contains instead.
Invoices are the real gap
Neo Office receives EDI 810 invoices automatically from Chambers & Owen, with Partner, Document # and Received on every delivery, line-item detail and price-mismatch alerts. SwiftSku's site does not publish EDI or vendor invoice handling. If keying invoices is the job you want back, ask about that first.
Closing the day, not just watching it
Neo Office Plus carries Till Settlement with Sessions, Cash to verify, Counted cash and Net over or short, plus Lottery with Books, Book number and Net due, inventory, time clock and finance. SwiftSku does not publish lottery or till settlement on its site.

Where Neo Office goes further
Both products put the store on your phone, so the question is how much of the back office work each one takes off the counter. These are the parts Neo Office is built around.
Send to POS with a status
A price change does not just leave, it lands. Each one moves from Queued to Applied on the Passport, and the send history says what reached the register and when. Items carry PLU and Scan code, and the connector app retries a failed send on its own.
Supplier EDI, named
EDI 810 invoices arrive automatically from Chambers & Owen with line-item detail. Deliveries & EDI lists Partner, Document # and Received for each one. Paper invoices go in by photo with OCR, and a cost increase comes back as a suggested retail change.
Fuel by grade, with the timestamp
Set cash and credit prices per Fuel Grade, let blended midgrades calculate themselves, and read Last Updated on every row, on the phone as well as the desk. Fuel Survey shows what nearby stations are posting before you move.
Lottery and till settlement
Lottery runs Books, Game, Book number, Next sellable ticket, Gross lottery sales and Net due. Till Settlement runs Sessions, Cash to verify, Counted cash and Net over or short. Both sit on the $49.99 Plus tier with inventory, time clock and finance.
No new hardware, about ten minutes
The Neo connector app goes on the back-office PC the store already has. Nothing else is installed, nothing is bought, and the setup is a ten minute job. After that the work happens in a browser or on the phone.
Month to month, with a guarantee
$29.99 for Regular and $49.99 for Plus, per location, per month, on the page. No contract, a 30-day money-back guarantee, and card or ACH through Stripe. Enterprise is quoted per group of stores rather than priced.
